Alex-DunneWith more than 20 years of experience in building, managing, and consulting with teams in Fortune 500 companies in the US and Europe, Alex Dunne is committed to building strong leaders and teams that achieve great results.

Alex combines design management and organizational development methods when coaching teams on behaviors of communication, collaboration, decision-making, conflict management and emotional intelligence. In parallel, he facilitates teams through key business processes such as strategizing, goal setting, problem solving, and change management. This dual process links organizational development to measurable business outcomes as teams practice new behaviors while doing real work, not training scenarios.

Alex earned a B.A. in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from LIOS/Bastyr University. He publishes and presents regularly on emerging organization development methods.
