group-1Lynn King has over 20 years of professional experience in consulting, training and coaching high performance leaders and teams. Training areas include: change management, communication skills, intercultural competency, management and leadership skills, train-the-trainer, creativity and innovation, conflict management, diversity and inclusion, project management, and more.

Lynn holds an MA in Organization Development from The Fielding Institute, a Certificate in Organization and Systems Change (OSD) from The Gestalt Institute, and a BA in Visual Art, Art History, and East Asian Studies from Princeton University.

In addition, Lynn is the current President of the Shanghai Chapter and Global Asia Fellow of Net Impact, a global network of students and professionals dedicated to changing the world through socially responsible business. Lynn has lived in Shanghai since 2003 and is conversationally fluent in Mandarin.
