BECAUZ appoints Kate Butcher to lead coaching practice

BECAUZ, a global consulting firm focused on accelerating breakthrough change and results, today announced that Kate Butcher has taken on an expanded role at the company leading the BECAUZ Executive, Organizational and Team Coaching practices.

BECAUZ offers executive and organizational 1:1 coaching, as well as embedded team coaching where seasoned coaches work with entire management teams to build skills and transform team performance. Kate will now lead the full cadre of more than 35 coaches working with leading businesses around the world.

Kate brings more than twenty years’ experience, an MBA, and a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development to the role. Throughout her career, she has proven her ability to spearhead successful change initiatives and unlock both the business and people potential in complex systems.
