Field IT was formed to drive efficiency and consistency across the 100 countries where Microsoft does business. The evolution to a shared services organization, which changed virtually every organizational member's roles and responsibilities, required massive behavioral change and systemic shifts in thinking. BECAUZ has been an instrumental partner in the ongoing transformation needed to adapt and excel in the new organizational structure.

In February 2010, Field IT brought all 320 of its members together for four days in Pasadena, California to continue their transformational journey. BECAUZ designed and delivered all aspects of the Global Development Meeting and handled Conference and Event Management while delivering exceptional People Development & Training.

The main objectives were to assure that everyone in Field IT was aligned to the vision, to develop and grow leadership capabilities and to showcase people and teams for their accomplishments. These outcomes were achieved through keynote addresses, moderated panel discussions, leadership workshops, project management training, award ceremonies, and team events. BECAUZ handled everything from agenda design, accommodations, transportation and catering to speaker management for this important gathering.

The result? Inspired leaders and teams energized and taking full advantage of new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference- to their company and clients around the world.
