The very attributes that make the young, creative people successful out-of-the-box thinkers can also make group action a challenge. To position Frause as a boutique thought leader with world class service, it was important to align their people through a clear vision, mission and group identity. At the same time, a new office in Portland needed to be brought into the fold.

That’s where BECAUZ came in. With a completely customized three-day “Mission Possible” Team Offsite and Retreat, the Seattle and Portland teams came together to build a winning, go-forward foundation. The goal was to build better relationships with team members and to become a partner and trusted advisor to clients. To reinforce the new strategy and principles, “Mission Possible” was followed for 90 days by a rigorous accountability program that included weekly Virtual Team Coaching sessions, daily partner and ongoing One-on-One Business Coaching.

Thanks to revitalized leadership, the company has experienced a true cultural transformation. All staff now take ownership, have adopted and work toward the same stated goals. Our Leadership Development paid off – the firm is gaining larger engagements and owning their competitive advantage as trusted advisors.
