Team Event in Seattle

With 2 car loads and a mini road trip up to Suncadia Resort in Eastern Washington, the BECAUZ team prepared to take the team through a series of challenges that tested their communication, leadership and teamwork whilst surrounded by a fun environment.

Two teams (one from Oregon and the other from Washington) came together for the first time and instead of competing against each other, they jelled instantly.  Outstanding! A company that will dominate in the future for sure…

“The program was energizing and unique and your debriefs contained useful information that was instantly understood and embraced by our team. All of you did a fantastic job of addressing the goals we had set beforehand and then some! Because of your efforts, we returned to our offices as a new team. We are a stronger team and, for the first time ever, we are a unified team.

Have to say I love putting these events on as they are so much fun to do and you get to see happy faces at the end … and we also got to sample some of the wine at the Swiftwater Cellars Winery… well someone had too! 🙂
