Dennis Ahrens has more than 20 years’ experience as a leader and consultant to Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, including information technology, banking & finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Dennis was Director of National Technical Training for IBM/Catapult, Director of Global Education for Concur Technologies, and most recently, Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Organizational Change for PeaceHealth. He has provided strategic consultation to leaders of numerous organizational change initiatives, resulting in fully-integrated change roadmaps that maximize stakeholder involvement.
By remaining focused on measurable business outcomes, Dennis’s approach to change integrates corporate communications, organizational development, corporate learning departments, human resources, and e-learning to support both the change leaders and the business units affected by the change. His approach helps clients accelerate the design and implementation process for both transitional and transformational change initiatives. Dennis holds an M.S. in Human Performance Technology.
