Dennis Ahrens is an experienced leader and consultant with over twenty years of proven success helping Fortune 500 companies worldwide and across diverse industries that include information technology, banking and finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. In addition, he has provided strategic consultation to leaders of numerous organizational change initiatives, resulting in fully-integrated change roadmaps that maximize stakeholder involvement.
Prior to joining BECAUZ, Dennis was the Director of National Technical Training for IBM/Catapult, Director of Global Education for Concur Technologies, and most recently, Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Organizational Change for PeaceHealth.
With an MS in Human Performance Technology, Dennis remains focused on measurable business outcomes. With an approach to change that integrates corporate communications, organizational development, corporate learning departments, human resources, and e-learning, his work supports both the change leaders and the business units affected by the change.
