Graeme has delivered inspiring, insightful and memorable workshops and events to international audiences and worked in partnership with organisations such as Microsoft, Mars, Henderson Global Investors, Bath Rugby, the Foreign Office, Eon, Starbucks, Kingfisher, Npower, Remploy and the NHS to deliver development programs to their teams.
Career highlights include Head of Training for one of the largest commercial IT projects in the world, Head of Development at two development centers and Keynote Speaker at the annual conferences of a number of blue chip organisations.
He holds an Honors Degree in Development Training. Aware that the hardest part of any event is to put the lessons into practice, Graeme focuses on practical outcomes to every workshop by providing tools and coaching that make transfer to the real world achievable and sustainable.
