Mark Cappellino is a leadership coach for BECAUZ who specializes in maximizing the uniqueness, strategic and cultural measures of individuals in their quest for achievement and results. He coaches corporate leaders and their teams worldwide using highly experiential custom workshops that help intact leadership teams recognize how they work within organizational systems. He strongly believes in one-to-one coaching and leadership team coaching to enable individuals and organizations to powerfully impact their success and their outcomes.

Retained by public, private, and non-profit organizations worldwide, Mark has coached or consulted with FedEx, Blue Cross Shared Services, Smith Barney, John Deere, Kroll Background America, and The Social Security Administration among others. A sought-after speaker at conferences and within organizations on the topic of leadership development, executive coaching, and building trust in organizations, he has addressed the Vanderbilt Owen School of Management, Tennessee, Clarkson University, and Bluepoint, among others.

Mark holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. He has trained extensively as an executive coach completing Newfield's Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching program and additional course work through the College of Executive Coaching, Corporate Coach University.
