With a passion for helping leaders and teams connect to higher levels of performance, Stacey Sargent has helped clients face change, improve performance and positively impact business results for seventeen years. Using emotional intelligence, communications and paradoxical and systems thinking, Stacey hones ways to create a higher return on investment in life and work for her clients. She has traveled across the United States, Latin and South America helping organizations deal with change while challenging their processes and empowering them to step up their leadership impact.

Along with experience in higher education, government and municipalities, and manufacturing, Stacey brings a deep understanding of business-the people, numbers and systems - that can be connected in ways that transform for high performance. Clients often comment on her ability to bring an authentic and approachable manner to a situation, ask the right questions, and focus leverage points to create accountability and business results that work. During her eight years working for PeopleSoft and Microsoft, Stacey was Director of Strategy. She completed a comprehensive software review cycle for all disciplines, was involved in an international planning team for new development, and was able to experience all facets of software creation and delivery - from planning to testing to services in the field.

Stacey holds a MA in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University and a BA in Business Finance from Western Washington University.
