Zan Stafford
Zan Stafford is an executive coach and consultant, with a unique combination of skills and experience acquired through twenty-five years of working with high level executives and board members all over the world, including the United States, Canada, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Zan has extensive experience in the areas of coaching senior executives to become more effective leaders, building high-performance teams, as well as facilitating individuals and groups to clarify, develop and initiate their vision and goals.
Zan has worked in a wide range of settings and industries and is known for her talent of giving top leaders tough feedback to assist them in reaching even greater levels of success. Zan's clients often comment on her authenticity, her ability to have direct yet supportive conversations, her innate ability to see the core issues, and her deep passion for her clients' success. Through her work, she quickly impacts both performance and business results.
Prior to joining BECAUZ, Zan worked as an executive coach and organizational consultant internally and externally in both the public and private sectors. Her clients include: Microsoft, The Polyclinic, Molson Breweries, GiftCertificates.com, Employment Security Department, FareStart and Bug Music. Zan has a Business Degree and a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Executive Coaching and Organizational Development. She is currently completing a Masters in Facilitating Conflict and Organizational Change from the Process Work Institute.
