brenda-bluemkeBrenda Bluemke is an Organizational Development Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator. She brings 20 years of passion and experience as a manager and leader, clearly understanding the struggles and rewards of leading in today’s complex organizations.

As a seasoned Facilitator, Brenda helps people stretch, take action from new perspectives, and step into their true potential. As an Executive Coach she brings a thoughtful, reflective and intuitive perspective with a bias for action and real world deliverables. As an Organizational Development Consultant, her work includes developing Talent Management strategies and Leadership Development programs. Brenda’s experience spans financial, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and retail industries, where she has worked effectively with a variety of senior leadership teams.

Prior to joining BECAUZ, Brenda was the V.P. of Leadership Development at Washington Mutual, where she launched and directed the company’s Corporate Leadership Development department in a high-growth, merger and acquisition environment. Her Fortune 500 clients include Lincoln Financial Group, Microsoft, Washington Mutual and PACCAR. Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota.
