group-2Dan Yeomans brings more than thirty-five years of consulting and leadership experience to his client work. He is a highly proficient and an acknowledged expert as a senior project manager, process manager, business analyst and trainer, delivering over 3,500 seminars and classes in his extensive career. In his years at Microsoft, Dan acquired a thorough understanding of methods used to develop and approve business cases. He has applied the Instructional Systems Design model to lead or assist in the development of approximately 30-35 Microsoft courses to date. His expertise includes a thorough understanding of common financial metrics used to measure the economic impact of technology on business performance, including Payback, Cost/Benefit Analysis, NPV, IRR, and ROI. A highly competent course development expert, he has designed and implemented the majority of project management certification and application courses currently offered in Microsoft IT, and developed the PM Certification Learning Module series for Microsoft IT as well.

Dan’s expertise has taken him through the doors of such companies as Microsoft, American Express, Nordstrom, AT&T Wireless, Western Wireless, US Air Force, and Lucent Technologies. An avid learner, Dan holds an MBA from St. Martin’s College; a BA in Management from McKendree College; a Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute; a Certified Instructor Evaluator from the Institute for Effective Instruction, and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certified by American Society of Quality. Most recently, Dan obtained Risk Management Certification from Project Management Institute.
