Erica Groschler is an accomplished facilitator, educator, coach, and leader with more than twenty years of experience working with companies and public service institutions to help improve human performance in the workplace. She has worked with organizations in a broad range of industries and environments including technology, banking, healthcare, R&D, government, utilities and real estate.
Erica has advised on large-scale international initiatives for Fortune 500 clients which included developing capabilities of frontline employees and management; in some cases, working with the intricacies of unionized environments. Her work in management and leadership development focuses on building capacity with a direct contribution to the organization’s bottom line.
She is trained in best-practice human performance and organizational development models and theories including being Myers Briggs qualified, certified in Richard Axelrod’s Conferencing methodology for large system change, Glenda Eoyong’s work in Human System Dynamics (Leading Complex Adaptive Change & Systems Theory), Leadership Circle 360 process and is trained in group process based on Arnold Mendell’s work in process-oriented psychology. She earned a B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
