jeff-mcauliffe-actionJeff is a coach, consultant and educator currently applying expertise in leadership development, performance improvement, and organization effectiveness to help leaders achieve breakthrough improvements in many organizational settings.

Jeff’s passion is coaching leaders, mentoring change agents and supporting teams to create levels of improvement beyond their imagination. The majority of his twenty-five year career has been as an internal consultant and manager of internal consultants. He served as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle for eight years. Jeff began leading improvement initiatives using methods from the Toyota Production System (“lean management”) as an internal consultant in Boeing’s manufacturing operations in 1991. He also co-designed and implemented an integrated “People Plan” as part of the world’s largest re-engineering project at Boeing.

Jeff is also a lead faculty member of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), a graduate program in Psychology and Organizational Systems. In addition to working in healthcare, education, and aerospace manufacturing, he has worked in the IT industry and numerous not-for-profit organizations. Jeff is a graduate of Oberlin College (BA) and City University (MA).
