Her ability to integrate a client’s vision with their external reality has facilitated transformation for thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations over the past 12 years.

Prior to joining BECAUZ, Leslie was instrumental in more than doubling the size and revenue of a communications consulting firm specializing in training executives and financial advisers in leadership, business development and team building skills.

In addition to designing dynamic, process-oriented curricula over the course of her career, Leslie has facilitated thousands of hours of coaching and training for Fortune 500 executives, multi-million dollar sales producers and business owners nationwide. She has delivered her transformational message to groups across the country.

Leslie has coached clients and organizations including Smith Barney, UBS, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Vistage, Money Concepts, AXA Advisors, Guild Mortgage Company, National City Mortgage, as well as small business owners and entrepreneurs. Leslie holds a B.A. Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
