Luisa Chiara Perticucci works to help governments, companies, non-profits and development agencies use the process of change to unleash what is best within their organization. She brings more than 15 years’ experience navigating large-scale systems change, specializing in multi-cultural environments.

Luisa works with senior executives to define their strategy, align their organizations, and facilitate the conversations needed to deliver results. She helps teams develop and implement strategies to manage the process of change and she coaches leaders and staff in building the capacity to navigate change on their own. Her work is grounded in the belief that change doesn’t have to be seen as a challenge. It is an opportunity for people to reconnect with their strengths, to celebrate what is best in the organization and the individual.

Luisa also has more than 10 years’ experience in media and technology, helping start-ups and social enterprises develop earned revenue streams and strategic partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies. She earned a Masters in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western University, a Bachelors of Arts in History from UCLA and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching for Emotional Intelligence.
