Melinda Heryford has worked for three decades as a business strategist, systems specialist and HR consultant. She taps her business expertise, along with years of practical experience, to inspire the change and transformation necessary in today’s challenging markets. Her system for developing high-performing leaders and teams is based on acquiring core business knowledge and building leadership, communication and relationship skills for optimal performance.

Melinda believes that the business that excels is the one that has developed the most present and clear leadership, has adopted specific step-by-step business systems, and has created a team that holds itself accountable by executing specific routines for improving results and growth. With the teams she coaches, she devises strategies and guides implementation of best business practices in four areas: business system processes, empowering people, developing financial acumen, and satisfying customers.
