nancy-winshipNancy Winship is a coach and facilitator with twenty-five years of experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations. With a professional background and education in both business and psychology, she specializes in leadership challenges and behavior, how leaders learn and mature, and how they cope with change, particularly as their roles become increasingly complex and ambiguous. Nancy’s work in the United States and worldwide has brought her the attention of CEOs and senior executives, as well as emerging leaders in a diverse range of industries.

Prior to joining BECAUZ, Nancy worked for Microsoft in the Leadership Development Group. Nancy also spent over three years as a senior consultant for the Tom Peters Company and held senior positions at Zenger Miller (currently AchieveGlobal), a nationally recognized training and organizational development consulting firm. As a consultant serving Fortune 500 clients, she has designed and delivered training programs and provided consulting in leadership, change management, team effectiveness, and business process improvement.

Nancy holds a BA in Philosophy from Oberlin College, an MBA from Northwestern University, and a Masters in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the Leadership Institute of Seattle.
