Okokon Udo is a certified executive coach, process facilitator, public speaker, instructional designer and master trainer with years of training and experience in organizational effectiveness, intercultural effectiveness, leadership and team development. He is also a change management consultant, spiritual director, educator, actor, and author. His professional work focuses on helping individuals and organizations manage change as well as achieve excellence in who they are and what they do.
Okokon works within organizations and businesses to design and implement people and process solutions that achieve results. He has designed and implemented two transformational leadership programs in Europe, Asia, Scandinavia and North America. He is an Assistant Professor in the MA in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary’s University and serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training institute, delivering their year-long transformational leadership program in North America and Europe.
Okokon holds a Ph.D. in Counseling, with a focus on systems, from Luther Seminary and a Master’s degree in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change from the Process Work Institute in Portland. He holds certificates in Organizational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and in transformational leadership from the Coaches Training Institute. He is certified in The Leadership Circle 360 Profile, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), over 20 DiSC-related Assessments and the interpretation of half a dozen psychological instruments.
