group-2Pam specializes in coaching and consulting with leaders and their teams to build resilience in the midst of constant challenge and change. As a leadership coach, Pam works with managers who want to be crystal clear in their thinking and who need to more effectively communicate difficult messages. This includes coaching managers who are seen as abrasive and whose behaviors have to change for them to be successful. The process includes interviewing colleagues and giving 360 feedback to the abrasive leader.

She was one of the facilitators for the Microsoft Management Excellence Foundation Event which she has facilitated in Singapore and Hyderabad, India as well as in the U.S.

One of Pam’s specialties is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She holds the highest certification for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitators, (Master Practitioner) including MBTI Step II.

She has an M.A. degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations, an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Information Technology, and an M.S. in Education Administration from Syracuse University. She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
