His coaching philosophy is based on asking the right questions to enable people to increase their self-awareness and thereby change behaviors. His approach is practical, empathic and solution orientated. He builds on and leverages people’s personal strengths in line with the goals of the business to ensure individual development and business impact.

As a facilitator, Robert is able to build excellent rapport with diverse audiences – working with frontline employees through to Director Level. Robert’s skill is in identifying the clearest, most potent message to communicate as simply as possible, using a very natural facilitation style–what you see is what you get. His style is highly flexible and engaging, using a combination of methodologies, assessment tools, accelerated and experiential learning techniques.
