Sangita is an extremely passionate consultant and leadership coach who lives the principles that she uses in her coaching. Her personal mission statement is “…to make a radical contribution in the place I live and work; to inspire impact and make a difference in the lives of those around me; to give them the courage to make a difference too.” She will always aim to deliver sessions to fit the needs and strategy of the group or individual.

Sangita has worked with clients ranging from the National Health Service (NHS) in the public sector to 5-star hotel organizations in the private sector. Delivering and engaging key NHS stakeholders within Clinical Commissioning Groups and coaching Executive teams in large international corporate organizations, Sangita has developed great insight into the challenges and goals of these different sectors.

Before becoming a coach, Sangita was Development Manager with Welcome Break, where she was responsible for senior leadership development to director level. Before this she was the Head of Learning and Development for Tchibo UK, playing an integral part in establishing the company in the UK from Germany and building the training framework for the UK business.
