group-2Shabari Madappa is a trained facilitator, executive coach, and organization development consultant who partners with leaders in the quest for creating leadership interventions that help unleash human potential. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources and OD. Her passion and talents are in the area of change and transformation of individuals, teams and organizations. She has trained managers from across different cultures such as India, Middle and South East Asia, Australia, US and UK on strengthening their leadership capabilities.

Since 2008, she has worked with over 750 managers from diverse industries: energy and petro-chemical firms, consumer goods, healthcare, technology and financial sectors. She has facilitated workshops to support their learning in core leadership skills such as influencing, dealing with conflict, emotional intelligence, goal setting and performance management, communication skills, creativity, and innovative thinking processes. She also helps senior leadership teams in their visioning meetings, driving alignment within teams and strengthening collaboration amongst individuals. As an OD consultant, she advises and partners with organizations in large-scale change initiatives.

Shabari is trained in group dynamics and human processes and is a Fellow with Sumedhas Academy for Human Context (an organization that focuses on process facilitation towards individual and collective well-being). She is an accredited OD practitioner through Indian Academy for Organization Development-Sumedhas.
