Stephanie is fully invested in helping clients reach their highest leadership potential. She expertly guides the process of accurate self-assessment and feedback, using both to access sources of untapped potential and growth. Stephanie partners with clients, creating a safe space for exploring their experiences and expectations as leaders, helping them build thriving teams and organizations. Stephanie prides herself in fostering authentic client relationships and brings awareness and curiosity to her coaching. She is known for being genuine, insightful, enthusiastic and not afraid to ‘tell it like it is.

Stephanie has worked with professionals at all levels in industries such as Biotech, Finance, Technology, Healthcare and City Government. Stephanie worked in the Biotech, Finance and Airline Industries before deciding to return to graduate school to pursue a career in coaching.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s Degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

When not working, Stephanie spends her free time with her husband and two girls enjoying life in the Pacific Northwest’s great outdoors rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking or relaxing at her cabin in Leavenworth.
