For the last 15 years she has worked as an executive coach and leadership development professional all over the world, including the United States, Canada, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Her expertise includes combining coaching with group facilitation to assist clients in clarifying, developing and gaining buy-in for their strategy, vision and goals.

Zan enjoys helping people to become stronger leaders by improving their awareness, communication and ability to utilize proven strategies. She has a passion for addressing the sticky challenges that are at the heart of an issue and that consistently hold back her clients and their businesses from reaching their full potential.
