peterPartner of BECAUZ, Peter Rogers combines a strong academic background with his high-impact development expertise to bring out the best in people, their teams, and their organizations. Peter challenges people to choose what and where they want to be, and enables them to thrive in the ecosystems that they impact and mold to their purposes. Peter draws heavily from his advanced degrees in biological and management sciences, policy and economics as he works with people to frame solutions to the most daunting challenges.

Drawing on thirty years of experience, with over twenty of those years as a consultant to Microsoft and other Fortune 100 companies, Peter typically works with leaders and managers in the space between strategy development and strategy implementation to assure that organizations allocate their resources to the work that will deliver on their goals and strategies. He assures that leaders’ visions resonate with those who are tasked with delivering on those visions and causes unproductive behaviors and work to be removed from systems.

Prior to joining BECAUZ, Peter was instrumental in the startup and success of two companies. In a third company, Cell Therapeutics, he served as head of strategic projects, and helped to take this company public on NASDAQ. Peter has been adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Florida International University and several other colleges and universities. A sought-after speaker, he has spoken at Project World and other conferences.

Peter actively seeks opportunity and is an advocate of the importance of change, risk, and adventure. He is an avid sailboat racer and finds that being of service brings the most meaning to his life.
