For the last three years, BECAUZ has served as a trusted partner and provided both Project Management and Interim Project Leadership. This major project involves a wide range of responsibilities from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty details. We handle SharePoint site administration and maintenance, support ad-hoc management requests, perform multiple PowerPoint deck reviews, communication, coordination, document development, generate printing estimates, manage the budget and author the post mortem documentation – and, of course, deliver the actual mid-year review deck.
