Team Leadership Programs

Our highly effective, proven program is designed using our Ignite, Focus, Accelerate and Integrate four-phase process.

Strategic Offsites are custom designed and facilitated 2-day programs that crack a leadership team’s performance DNA and create teaming and leadership chemistry. A series of offsites is scheduled throughout each team’s fiscal year to deliver on growth strategy and drive results.

Team Coaching places a BECAUZ coach “in the soup” with the leadership team in order to identify and integrate key accelerators that drive results. The embedded coach observes, facilitates, coaches and participates in key meetings.

Systemic Coaching

Systemic Coaching drives organizational imperatives through targeted assessment and feedback, development planning, 1:1 coaching, and measurement. Our coaching cadre becomes a listening system within the leadership team that gauges organizational health and supports alignment to business strategy.
