Tyson Hartman, Avanade’s newly appointed Chief Technology Officer, had an aggressive 12-month goal: to increase revenue from internally developed solutions by 25%. This vision required developing and implementing an innovation process to harness potential new solutions. Bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders to a common purpose required leadership, massive action and a move forward execution plan.

BECAUZ was tapped to facilitate the process of alignment and execution with Avanade’s Global Technology & Solutions team. We needed to make the development and adoption of its new global innovation engine a reality – fast. With compelling Team Offsites, One-to-One Business Coaching and Organizational Development, our proven system has been used to bring a team of people with various backgrounds, training and cultural orientation to a deep understanding and support of this key initiative.

Now, the energized leadership and committed team are in alignment with plans and metrics in place. The new Avanade ‘Innovation Lifecycle’ is being used as envisioned – and leaders and teams are on board and making a global impact.

With the guidance of BECAUZ, we built a unifying vision, and the leaders and teams achieved a new ‘esprit de corps’ that moved us into position for success.
