LUISA PERTICUCCI
Facilitator
LUISA’S BIO
Luisa Perticucci works to help governments, companies, non-profits and development agencies use the process of change to unleash what is best and vital within their organizations and within their people.
She has worked on behalf of the UN and governments to facilitate conversations between the government and local stakeholders on critical social issues; facilitating in ways that allowed vital information to be shared safely by the local population while challenging the power dynamics in government that silenced voices. In corporations, Luisa works with senior executives to define their strategy, align their organizations, and facilitate the conversations needed to deliver results.
As Country Director of a peace-building organization in Southeast Asia, she grew and mentored a powerful staff of consultants, which in the early days was all female. During a time of political uncertainty women were willing to take the risks of working for a peace-building organization that wasn’t yet officially sanctioned by the government where their male counterparts weren’t.
Luisa earned a Master’s of Science in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western University, a Bachelors of Arts in History from UCLA and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching for Emotional Intelligence.
